2 apples (we love Envy, but any variety works)

4–6 tbsp BeeNZ Kānuka or Mānuka Honey

1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Slice apples thinly (no need to peel unless you prefer).

Cut puff pastry into 6 evenly sized rectangles.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Spread ½ tbsp Kānuka honey into 6 small areas on the parchment.

Sprinkle each area with cinnamon.

Top with 5 apple slices and a light drizzle of additional honey, if desired.

Place a piece of puff pastry over each apple stack and use a fork to crimp the edges.
