Whipped Honey Cinnamon Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

  • 2–3 tbsp BeeNZ Kānuka Honey

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or more, to taste)

  • Optional: a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt


Instructions

  1. Prep the Butter:
    Make sure the butter is truly softened. It should press easily with your finger but not be melted.

  2. Combine:
    Add the softened butter, Kānuka honey, and cinnamon to the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, or use a hand mixer.

  3. Whip It Up:
    Start on low to combine, then increase to medium-high.
    Whip for 3–5 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
    The butter is ready when it’s pale, fluffy, and doubled in volume.


Storage Notes

Transfer to a serving dish or an airtight container.
Refrigerate up to one week. Let it soften slightly at room temperature before serving for the smoothest, spreadable texture.
