Ingredients

2 cups Smith Tea Merry Makers Punch, brewed and cooled

1–2 tbsp BeeNZ Mānuka Honey UMF™ 5+ (plus extra for glazing the glass)

Grapefruit soda water or seltzer

Optional garnishes: grapefruit slices, cranberries, rosemary sprigs
Instructions

Brew the Punch:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 sachet of Merry Makers Punch and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the sachet. -
Sweeten:
While the tea is still warm, stir in 1–2 tbsp BeeNZ Mānuka Honey until fully dissolved. Let it cool, then refrigerate. -
Prep the Glass:
Glaze the inside of your glass with a swirl of Mānuka honey for a lightly sweet, festive touch. -
Add Ice:
Fill the glass halfway or to the top. -
Pour the Base:
Add 1–2 oz of the cooled Merry Makers Punch concentrate. -
Top It Off:
Fill the rest of the glass with grapefruit soda water for a bright, refreshing spritz. -
Garnish:
Optional, but why not? Add grapefruit slices, a rosemary sprig, or a few cranberries for color and holiday flair.
Serving Notes
Make the punch base ahead of time and keep it chilled for quick, easy mocktails.
It also pairs beautifully with ginger beer or spirits like champagne, tequila, or bourbon if you’re serving a mixed crowd.
