The Coffee Smoothie That Powers Your Morning (or Afternoon)

Coffee Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 tbsp espresso or ¾ cup brewed coffee

  • ½ – ¾ cup milk (if using espresso) or ¼ cup milk (if using brewed coffee)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1–2 tsp Kānuka Honey (swap in Manuka for a deeper, earthier flavor)

  • ¾ cup ice (or just enough to slightly thicken)

To Make:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more milk or ice to find your perfect consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Optional: Add a pinch of cinnamon or cacao nibs for a little extra something.
